Delivery Policy
DELIVERY TIMES
Fincut makes its best efforts to prepare and hand over the order to the carrier within an average of one (1) to three (3) business days from the day after the Customer’s order is validated.
The products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer within an estimated timeframe of 10 days from the order confirmation date, except during specific periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or issues related to the delivery location. Fincut disclaims any liability for delivery delays caused by the carrier, including product loss or strikes.
To track their order, the Customer must click on the link provided in the email sent after the order is shipped and click on the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
In case of product unavailability, Fincut commits to informing the Customer as soon as possible, so the Customer can be refunded promptly, no later than 30 days from the confirmation of the order.
If a delivery delay is foreseeable, Fincut commits to informing the Customer as soon as possible and by any means, so the Customer can choose to either maintain or partially/fully cancel the order.
Fincut cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, including cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, that might delay or prevent the delivery of the ordered product, as defined in Article 15 of these terms.
If the specified delivery time, extended by 14 days, is not met, the Customer may cancel their order by sending an email to contact@fincutmen.com.
Fincut reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees proper delivery of the products.
IMPORTANT: If a package is returned to the sender due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the Customer, Fincut reserves the right to charge the Customer again for reshipping fees. In this case, if the package is returned to the sender again, it will no longer be sent back to the Customer, and the amount of the order, including any additional shipping fees, will be retained by Fincut.
DELIVERED COUNTRIES
Delivery is available in mainland France, the European Union, or internationally, at the Customer's choice.
Delivery Inspection
Fincut guarantees that the delivered product conforms to the essential characteristics described on the website and is suitable for its intended use.
In the case of abnormal or abusive returns, Fincut reserves the right to refuse to fulfill a subsequent order.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs will be charged at the rate in effect on the order date and may vary depending on the delivery location and the delivery method selected by the Customer on the Site, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.
The Customer is informed of the delivery terms before final order validation.
Fincut is not responsible for taxes and additional service charges applied by certain countries.
Customers will be held responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country before placing their order. Fincut will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
For international orders, if the order arrives in the destination country and:
- The Customer refuses the package
- No delivery attempt to the specified address is successful in the destination country
Fincut reserves the right to abandon the package and will not be liable for any refund.
